Description

The La Aurora Cazadores Maduro Robusto is an inviting Dominican cigar that combines traditional craftsmanship, balanced flavour, and excellent value. Produced by La Aurora, one of the Dominican Republic’s most established cigar makers, this robusto offers an approachable smoking experience with the added richness and natural sweetness associated with a dark maduro wrapper. Measuring five inches in length with a 50-ring gauge, the Cazadores Maduro Robusto provides a comfortable size and an enjoyable smoking time. Its blend features an Indonesian Maduro wrapper and Indonesian binder surrounding carefully selected Dominican long-fillers from the fertile Cibao Valley. Together, these tobaccos create a smooth, medium-bodied profile that remains flavourful without becoming overpowering.

From the first draw, the cigar delivers notes of toasted nuts, warm wood, and subtle sweetness. The maduro wrapper adds depth and a gentle richness, while the Dominican fillers contribute a smooth, earthy character. The flavours remain balanced throughout the smoke, making this cigar suitable for both newer enthusiasts and experienced smokers seeking a dependable everyday selection. With its attractive presentation, satisfying Robusto format, and refined yet accessible profile, the La Aurora Cazadores Maduro Robusto is an excellent choice for a relaxing afternoon or an enjoyable pairing with coffee. Size: Robusto 5 x 50. Note: these are now shipping in plain packaging with authentic bands underneath.

About La Aurora Cigars

“The Original Cigar Factory In The Dominican Republic”

La Aurora was founded on October 3rd, 1903 by Eduardo León Jimenes, a hard working man who was son and grandson of tobacco growers. Without neglecting his family tradition, he decided to go a step further with the creation of a cigar brand which he intended to have a global following. Jimenes was just 18 years old at the time but had inherited some “tareas” of land. Armed with his land, a roster of only six employees, great enthusiasm and much effort, he began to build his dream. Today, more than 113 years later, La Aurora has a presence on five continents and more than a thousand employees.

La Aurora is, today, the leading cigar factory in the national Dominican market, but its brands are sold in more than sixty countries all around the world. Its production has a great diversity, with over a thousand different references with such well-known brands as La Aurora, León Jimenes, Princes, Family Reserve and Imperiales.
