The Montecristo Open Series comprises lighter strength cigars and the Open Junior is one of the smaller cigars in the lineup. The name “Montecristo” originates from ‘The Count of Montecristo’ by Alexander Dumas. This was the favourite book to be read be to the cigar rollers in the factory when it was founded in 1935. A Montecristo is created by the perfect mix of strength and flavour in leaves that are selected from the world-renowned Vuelta Abajo region in Cuba. Its unique blend creates a medium to full flavoured experience that is ideal for the novice or aficionado alike.
