Event Description:
Victory Coffee & Provision Co. is officially setting sail! To celebrate the launch of our new coffee line — Calm Seas Connecticut, Rio de Sol Nicaraguan, and Iron Compass Oscuro — we’re giving you the chance to win a Breville Bambino Plus espresso maker, valued at over $600.

Each bag of Victory Coffee purchased between November 3 and December 8 earns you one entry into the draw.
Can’t make it in-store? Order online — you’re still eligible to enter! (Purchase can be made on either Victory Cigars or Victory Pipes website.)

Official Contest Rules & Regulations

1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Victory Cigars, Oshawa, Ontario (the “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Canada, excluding Québec, who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and immediate family members of the Sponsor or its affiliates are not eligible. Entry is void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period
Entries will be accepted from 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on November 3, 2025 until 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on December 8, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). The draw will be held in-store on December 9, 2025.

4. How to Enter
(a) Eligible purchasers: One (1) entry will be automatically awarded for each bag of Victory Coffee purchased at the Sponsor’s retail store or online shop during the Entry Period.
(b) No Purchase Necessary: To enter without purchase, send a handwritten postcard including your name, address, email address, phone number, and “Coffee Contest Entry” to:
Victory Cigars, 215 King Street East, Oshawa, ON, L1H 1C5.
Postcards must be received by December 8, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Limit one (1) postcard entry per person.

5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded: a Breville Bambino Plus Espresso Maker (Model BES500) valued at approximately CAD $600. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Selection of Winner
One (1) eligible entry will be selected by random draw on December 9, 2025. Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance. If the selected entrant fails to do so, another entrant may be chosen.

7. Notification
The potential winner will be contacted by email or phone within five (5) business days following the draw. If the potential winner cannot be reached within ten (10) business days or is deemed ineligible, another entrant may be selected.

8. Prize Claim
The prize must be claimed in person at the Sponsor’s store within thirty (30) days of notification. The winner may be required to sign a release and affidavit of eligibility.

9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and city/province of residence for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Liability
By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from participation or prize use.

11. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for contest administration and marketing unless the entrant opts out. Information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

12. General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest for any reason beyond its control. Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or tampered with will be disqualified. The Sponsor’s decisions are final.

13. Governing Law
The Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ontario courts.

14. Prize Conditions
The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
