Description
Alec Bradley Filthy Hooligan Shamrock
The Alec Bradley Filthy Hooligan Shamrock is the most distinctive cigar in the Filthy Hooligan series, released each year in limited quantities in the lead-up to St. Patrick’s Day.
What makes the Shamrock unique is its unusual triple-wrapper construction. Three different wrapper leaves — candela, Honduran Habano, and Nicaraguan maduro — are braided together around the cigar, creating the signature spiral appearance that inspired the name “Shamrock.” This intricate wrapping technique allows the different wrapper tobaccos to burn together throughout the smoke.
At its core, the cigar is handcrafted in Honduras using a Honduran binder and a blend of Honduran and Panamanian filler tobaccos, the same foundation used in the Filthy Hooligan Barber Pole.
The combination of three wrapper leaves gives the Shamrock its distinctive character and visual appeal, making it one of the most recognisable seasonal cigars produced by Alec Bradley.
Produced in limited quantities once each year, the Filthy Hooligan Shamrock has become a sought-after spring release and a fun addition to the humidor for those who enjoy cigars with both craftsmanship and personality.
